CANCELLATION POLICY

1. ORDER CANCELLATION WINDOW

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, as long as the order has not been processed or shipped.

Our customer care team is available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM IST.

2. CANCELLATION AFTER DISPATCH

Once an order has been packed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be able to return the product as per the eligibility criteria stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

3. PREPAID ORDERS

For eligible cancellations of prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, UPI, net banking, etc.) within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider’s timelines.

Alternatively, you may opt to receive the amount as Drink Valencia Wallet Credit for quicker reordering in the future.

4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

Any COD orders cancelled within the allowed time limit are automatically voided. No cancellation fees are charged. However, repeated cancellation of COD orders may restrict a buyer’s ability to use COD for future purchases.

5. PARTIAL ORDER CANCELLATION

As of now, partial cancellations are not possible. You will need to cancel the entire order and place a fresh order for the items you wish to purchase.

6. CANCELLATION BY DRINKVALENCIA.COM

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

• Failure to make payment or fraud detected
• Item out of stock or unavailable
• Incomplete or inaccurate shipping details
• Repeated cancellation of orders or misuse of offers
• Events of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control)

In case of such a cancellation, you will be notified immediately, and any payment received will be refunded as applicable.

7. CHANGE OF MIND

Please review your cart carefully before confirming your order. Once processed or dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled solely due to a change of mind. We appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain product quality and operational efficiency.
